Digital delivery only: nothing is shipped

The Happy Fryer sells digital ebooks only. Nothing will be posted to you, so there are no shipping or handling charges, no courier, and no customs or import duties on any order. We deliver to customers anywhere in New Zealand.

How you get your ebooks

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you can download your books from the order confirmation page. We also send an order confirmation email to the address you entered at checkout. That email contains your download links and the details of your purchase.

  • Delivery time: usually instant. Please allow up to 15 minutes at busy times.
  • Format: PDF. Works on iPhone, Android, iPad and other tablets, Mac, PC, Kindle apps and most e-readers.
  • Access: for life. Download your files as many times as you like and keep them.

If your email hasn't arrived

It's almost always a spam filter, not a failed order. Please:

  1. Check your spam, junk and Promotions (Gmail) folders.
  2. Search your inbox for The Happy Fryer.
  3. Double-check that the email address you used at checkout was typed correctly.

Still can't find it? Email support@thehappyfryer.co.nz with your order number and we'll resend your files. A real person replies within 2 business days, and there's no time limit on asking us to resend something you paid for.

What you need to open your files

Any standard PDF reader. Almost every phone, tablet and computer opens PDFs with no extra software. We recommend downloading over Wi-Fi or another stable connection, as some packs are large files.
